What you will do

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities on a consistent basis
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecast that is kept up to date as the opportunity progresses through the sales cycle
  • Lead Generation and sourcing
  • Own the entire sales cycle from start to finish
  • Research to understand the relevant issues within the market and be able to communicate those issues effectively to senior level executives
  • Negotiate high revenue deals
  • Presenting and networking our solution to C-level executives

What you will bring to the table

  • Business Development and Sales experience
  • Successful sales track record with delegate sales, sponsorship sale or subscription sales
  • Driven and determined attitude
  • Knowledge of the drug development process and the challenges faced
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to carry out the sales process of lead generation, pitch/presentation and closing deals
  • Ability to work under pressure with a diligent and persevering work ethic
  • Proficient use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel for proposal writing
  • Life sciences background is desirable but not essential
