A single, intuitive application, MyVeeva for Patients offers an easier pathway for patients to take part in clinical research.

Designed for the specific requirements of patients, sites, and sponsors, all these solutions are integrated facilitating smooth trial execution and data flow.

Sponsors can write and approve a consent form utilising Veeva eConsent. This automatically flows to sites with the help of Veeva SiteVault Free.

Sites can, in turn, update the consent form, get IRB approval and consent participants with the MyVeeva mobile application.

The patient status and consent form has subsequently become available as authorised and reportable data for the sponsor in Vault Clinical Suite.

The company noted that the platform could address the requirements of the life sciences industry for a comprehensive, standardised and integrated solution. It facilities quicker and efficient trials with increased data precision and participant diversity.

Veeva Systems Vault R&D vice-president Jim Reilly said: “By bringing together the growing community of research sites using Veeva SiteVault Free with sponsors using Vault Clinical Suite, we aim to accelerate the move to digital trial execution.

“The Veeva Digital Trials Platform will make clinical trials easier and faster for patients, sites, and sponsors.”

Last month, dermatology company Leo Pharma entered a strategic technology partnership with Veeva Systems for patient-centric digital trials.
