The first day of the event will be split into two topic streams, with stream one bringing together experts in clinical trial supply operations. The second stream on technology will look at the innovations transforming clinical trial supply.

Day one will open with a keynote presentation by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) about the common errors that companies make when importing drugs and devices into the United States, and how they can be resolved. Sustainability will then be in the spotlight, with experts exploring how companies can align their clinical supply strategies to their sustainability goals.
Bei Li, Senior Director, Clinical Supply Management at Gilead Sciences will chair a panel discussion about the latest advancements in labeling technologies, where delegates can learn how to identify the right packaging and storage solutions based on their bespoke needs. The first day will then conclude with a panel discussion about levelling up vendor partnerships and how to foster supplier relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
The technology and innovation stream will take a deep dive into the impact of real-world artificial intelligence integration in clinical trials, as well as discussions on data privacy laws and shipping and logistics.
The second day of Clinical Trial Supply West Coast 2024 includes panel discussions and presentations on managing supply distribution and how forecasting can optimise clinical trial supply management. Delegates can also come together with peers in the interactive roundtable sessions which will discuss the challenges facing the industry. Each roundtable lasts for 30minutes and delegates can select up to 2 roundtables.
