Biopharmaceutical company Hansa Medical AB, has acquired Immago Biosystems Ltd, a therapeutic antibodies developer in glycobiology.
Hansa Medical AB expects that the transaction will provide it with rights to cancer immunotherapy using antibody-modulating enzymes.
