The solution leverages algorithms and AI to match molecular, demographic, and clinical history data against eligibility criteria from active trials.

AnovaOS also integrates into current clinical workflows and supports the screening of subjects for studies.

The platform provides access for research participants, supports new therapy development, and enables partnership for the generation of evidence and scientific insight.

It connects sponsors of the trials to more than 60,000 research-ready sites worldwide.

Privacy-protected data handling and the automated eligibility screening against study protocols are among the main features of the solution.

According to the company, the solution offers updates on criteria changes and available studies in real time.

Anova co-founder and CEO Christopher Beardmore said: “By making this solution free to access, we are empowering research sites of all sizes to connect the right patients with the right studies when treatment decisions are being made.

“The only way to present clinical trial options to patients is when the decision to select the next line of therapy is being made. That cannot be done when study teams rely on medical record review, pathology results and potential patient lists.

“Patients are lost to study (and lose access to promising new treatments) when that approach is used. The AnovaOS solution not only provides a study matching capability, but supports a global just-in-time network to enable access to any investigational product just-in-time, either through a clinical trial or compassionate use.”

The company is said to focus on widening access to advanced technology for sites and assisting investigators and sponsors in achieving the enrolment targets.
