There will be a number of sessions across the two days covering a range of topics across clinical trial data.
Led by Medidata’s solutions specialist Sarah Westal, a session will look at how data can be powered by AI, which will discuss how to break down data silos, optimise workflow, and deliver actionable insights from clinical trial data.
The theme of AI will continue through the conference, with Panikos Christofi, VP of customer success at Saama Technologies, who will discuss how agentic AI will advance clinical trial data management beyond the current capabilities of AI, as well as understand how reasoning models will enable autonomous decision making, something with is well associated with agentic AI’s potential.
Real-world evidence (RWE) use will also be on the agenda, with Sebastian Kloss, global head of RWE at the Menarini Group, set to evaluate how sponsors can effectively generate real-world evidence that is efficient, timely and high quality, as well as how this data fits into regulatory submissions.

This will include plans sponsors can strengthen vendor selection and enhance data management strategies as well as ensuring that both companies are aligned in their goals.
A panel will evaluate the future of data management, and what trends, technology and innovation will change the way this is managed. Speakers that include Marouane Nouira, head of data management and data strategy at Galapagos; Tom Trolez, director of global data and analytics solution delivery at Novartis; and Carlota De Miquel Bleier, clinical data scientist from Roche Diagnostics España, will discuss how data is currently managed and what challenges there will be in the adoption of new technologies to try and make this more efficient.
