Accuron Technologies plans to further develop its suite of medical devices outsourcing services through its recent acquisition of a majority stake in Aurum Healthcare, a provider of sterilisation services for medical devices and instruments.

"Nantong Jinghua Pharma will become a 78.3% stakeholder in Jiangsu Kingsley Pharmaceuticals."

According to the agreement, Accuron Technologies will place Aurum Healthcare under its Advanced Materials Technologies (AMT) business in order to increase AMT’s manufacturing footprint.
