Fleet recently collaborated with LGC and the National Physical Laboratory on a project, funded by Innovate UK under the Analysis for Innovators scheme that focused on the characterisation of conjugates for immunoassay use.

One of the outputs of this project was a poster on the use of hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) for this purpose, which was presented at the International Conference on HDX-MS, held on 21-24 May 2019 in Banff, Canada.

A second poster on the use of raised-temperature circular dichroism (CD)  for conjugate characterisation is also planned for the 17th International Conference on Chiroptical Spectroscopy, to be held on 23-27 June 2019 in Pisa, Italy.
