Unique Monoclonal Antibody for Alzheimer’s Disease

Agrisera has released a unique monoclonal antibody for Alzheimer’s disease, the Amyloid beta oligomer-specific monoclonal antibody (OMAB), a highly selective amylodi beta oligomers, monclonal antibody.

It was recently published on PloS ONE: Lindhagen-Persson et al. (2010). ‘Amyloid-ß oligomer specificity mediated by the IgM Isotype – implications for a specific protective mechanism exerted by endogenous auto-antibodies’.

This monoclonal antibody is suitable for ELISA and IHC.
