Additional options, such as a live dashboard, electronic informed consent (eIC) and tailorable electronic patient-reported outcome (ePRO), can be integrated into solutions to streamline data collection, retrieval and analysis. Pilloxa unites with significant electronic data captures (EDCs) when needed.

Tailored consultation processes
Every process starts with an initial discussion and request for a synopsis or protocol of the study to be shared with us to review, allowing our experts to identify the study’s needs and match our services. Within a few weeks from the first meeting, Pilloxa presents a suggestion for implementation of the service suite, including timelines for implementation.
After receiving feedback, Pilloxa creates a mock study dashboard with simulated data for direct visualisation of the operational aspect of the services (if applicable), as well as providing further information about solutions and pricing. Upon an agreed proposal and offer acceptance, the company presents a complete roadmap and allocates a dedicated project manager.
Depending on individual study needs, the mobile application is fully tailored for the project (including localisation) and presented before the start of the study for internal testing. Pilloxa will perform short test runs with a representative group of the patient population and sites to test the patient experience and ensure it meets your needs. Eventual product iterations take place if required. Once ready, the service suite rolls out for all patients.
