Out of the total IT job titles posted by GlaxoSmithKline, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 55.81% in April 2022, and an 88.24% rise over March 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 22.67% in April 2022, and registered growth of 50%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 10.47% in April 2022, a 63.64% rise from March 2022.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 41.28%, registering an 115.15% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with an 11.05% share and an 11.76% rise over March 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 4.07% and a month-on-month increase of 600%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 1.16%, registering a 100% rise over the previous month.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 33.72% share in April 2022, a 100% growth over March 2022. The UK featured next with a 17.44% share, up 328.57% over the previous month. Poland recorded a 14.53% share, an increase of 8.7% compared with March 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead GlaxoSmithKline IT hiring activity in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 66.86%, up by 94.92% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 21.51% share, a growth of 32.14% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 11.05% share, up 90% over March 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.58%, recording a month-on-month decline of 50%.
