The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.97% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

Top five pharma companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 55.06% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s pharma industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
GlaxoSmithKline posted 56 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 55.56% over the previous month, followed by Bracket Global with 32 jobs and an 88.24% growth. Parexel International with 17 IT jobs and Eli Lilly and with 17 jobs, recorded a 142.86% growth and a 15% decrease, respectively, while CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. recorded an increase of 77.78% with 16 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 54.14%, down by 7.1% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 35.34% share, registered a decline of 2.08% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 10.15% share, down 15.63% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.38%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
