The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 12.45% in June 2022 when compared with May 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 3.13% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
AstraZeneca posted 11 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a drop of 38.89% over the previous month, followed by GSK with 8 jobs and a 100% growth. Johnson & Johnson with 5 IT jobs and F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 4 jobs, recorded a 150% growth and a 300% growth, respectively, while Bayer recorded a decline of 57.14% with 3 job postings during June 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.43%, flat growth from May 2022. Entry Level positions with a 17.14% share, registered a decline of 45.45% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.43% share, down 42.86% over May 2022.
