Poland’s pharma industry registered a 4.6% rise in IT hiring activity in July 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 1.82% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
Out of the pharma industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 12.3% share in July 2022, recording an increase of 0.34% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s pharma industry’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 98.04% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry in July 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 31.37% in July 2022, registering a 77.78% growth over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 23.53% share, a flat growth over the previous month.
3) Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 19.61%, registering a 150% rise from June 2022.
4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 17.65%, down 47.06% over the previous month.
Top five pharma companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 16.13% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during July 2022 over June 2022.
GSK posted 13 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a rise of 44.44% over the previous month, followed by Eurofins Scientific with 9 jobs and a 12.5% growth. AstraZeneca with 6 IT jobs and Moderna with 4 jobs, recorded a 45.45% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while Bayer recorded an increase of 33.33% with 4 job postings during July 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74.51%, up by 22.58% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15.69% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.8% share, down 44.44% over June 2022.
