Capacity and Citeline Connect have collaborated to introduce a clinical trial recruitment website featuring artificial intelligence (AI)-driven chatbot for pharmaceutical company Moderna.
Capacity is an AI-based support automation platform while Citeline Connect is an all-in-one trial recruitment platform created by Informa Pharma Intelligence.
Together, the companies could facilitate clients such as Moderna to develop trial enrolment websites that offer an engaging experience for potential participants.
The combination of Capacity’s chatbot plus support automation software with Citeline’s technology enables users to complete registration and pre-screening via a user-friendly interface.

Capacity’s chatbot leverages an easy-to-use technology to deliver a wide knowledge-base and feasible solution.

Designed to provide predictive analytics, the platform can be used to simulate feasibility situations and boost enrolment potential for success over the long term.
