Aeglea BioTherapeutics intends to raise funds for its ongoing research and development (R&D), production and regulatory activities and other purposes.

The company intends to issue 4.5 million shares of its common stock, in addition to an option to buy up to 675,000 shares by underwriters within 30 days of the issue.
