I’rom Group Co plans to acquire a 61% stake in CMAX from IDT Australia for a purchase consideration of A$10m ($7.61m).

"Walgreens Boots Alliance and Rite Aid Corporation have agreed to postpone the earlier agreed date of merger from 27 October to 27 January 2017."

The acquisition is expected to be completed in November.

The acquirer company is based in Japan, whereas the target company is based in Australia.
