Technology services provider TransPerfect Life Sciences has released the 10.0 version of its Trial Interactive e-clinical platform (TI10), which is a culmination of more than ten years of e-clinical innovation.
In the updated version, the e-clinical platform represents a significant update to simplify user experience and maximise study teams’ ability for inspection readiness.
The platform is mainly designed to help clinical professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO companies to streamline the lifecycle of the product development.
It improves speed and quality across site identification, selection, activation, study start-up, electronic trial master file (eTMF) management, and personnel training.
TransPerfect president and CEO Phil Shawe said: “The 10.0 release of Trial Interactive shows what a decade of close collaboration with life sciences organisations and clinical professionals can produce, a practical and powerful study management solution that enables trials to be completed with speed and confidence.”
According to the company, Trial Interactive also offers a practical solution to simplify tasks, compliance, and audits or inspections under a secured 21 CFR Part 11 compliant environment.
Updates in the TI10 version include refreshed user interface (UI), clinical document collaboration and author-to-archive enterprise eTMF.
Under the refreshed user interface, TI10’s new UI takes the features, while functions study teams enhance them with smarter navigation and simpler functionality with significant speed.
As part of the clinical document collaboration, the upgraded platform emphasises clinical content collaboration solutions to enable sponsors, CROs, and sites globally to centralise clinical content processes through collaborative authoring to reduce compliance risks.
Meanwhile, TI10 brings together the study teams into the future of eTMF, where the TMF is much more than documentation endpoint.
TI10’s platform updates include the expansion of eTMF benefits with updates to the mobile eTMF solution, myTI.
TransPerfect said in a statement: “New functionality simplifies site visits and CRA reconciliation to save time and support an efficient process for study management and clinical monitoring.”
