TransPerfect Life Sciences has launched the new 1.2 version of its mobile Trial Interactive app, named myTI, for eTMF management and oversight in real-time.
The new product is designed to simplify CRA site visits, in turn accelerating timelines and mitigating risk.
CRAs will be able to use the app to directly conduct and record site visit tasks using a mobile device. It is integrated with improved TMF review and documentation capabilities to avoid the need for paper documentation and manual review.
The new app also allows quick reconciliation via instant site access, live reporting of site visits and easy document access to address any challenges associated with CRA handovers, co-monitoring and training.
It offers a complete query view for easy review and response to queries. This is expected to support proactive TMF management. Tasks in the app can also be linked to email notifications to allow immediate action.
myTI 1.2 additionally features e-signature document approval, real-time rejected documents view, an online help manual and in-app live Trial Interactive support capabilities.
TransPerfect president and CEO Phil Shawe said: “Any technology that simplifies essential site visit tasks is a significant advancement for those performing global clinical trials. I’d like to thank our CRA and clinical stakeholder consultants, who were instrumental in shaping this version of our Trial Interactive mobile application.”
The company delivers services and technologies for the life sciences industry.
Its web-based Trial Interactive platform is meant for sponsors, CROs, IRBs and other vendors to maintain and update trial documentation in a secure online setting.
