CRAs will be able to use the app to directly conduct and record site visit tasks using a mobile device. It is integrated with improved TMF review and documentation capabilities to avoid the need for paper documentation and manual review.

The new app also allows quick reconciliation via instant site access, live reporting of site visits and easy document access to address any challenges associated with CRA handovers, co-monitoring and training.

It offers a complete query view for easy review and response to queries. This is expected to support proactive TMF management. Tasks in the app can also be linked to email notifications to allow immediate action.

myTI 1.2 additionally features e-signature document approval, real-time rejected documents view, an online help manual and in-app live Trial Interactive support capabilities.
