Clients can gain simultaneous insights into their drug candidates’ efficacy, kinetics, target and mechanism of action non-invasively. The IVIS is particularly suitable for the preclinical development of drugs for cancer and infectious diseases.
The IVIS Lumina LT III is designed for in vivo imaging with both fluorescent and bioluminescent reporters, which emit from green to near-infrared. The field of view allows up to five mice or two medium-size rats to be imaged. The device’s animal handling features include a heated stage, gas anaesthesia and ECG monitoring connections.
