ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS). It is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with over 1.1 million certificates issued to organizations in 178 countries.

1.1 Understanding the organization and its context

The manager determines external and internal circumstances that are important for the implementation of the strategic goals at NN TRANSLATIONS EOOD, and which influence the company’s capabilities to achieve the desired results of the Quality Management Systems.

The manager constantly monitors and checks the identified external and internal circumstances in order to determine adequate measures for improvement.

1.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of stakeholders

Given the impact or the chance to influence the ability of “NN TRANSLATIONS” Ltd. to constantly supply products and services that meet the requirements of customers and the applicable requirements of regulations established by legislative or other competent government authority, the Manager determines the stakeholders as well as their needs and expectations related to the functioning of the QMS:

The interrelations and interactions between the activities performed by NN TRANSLATIONS EOOD and the activities performed by other organizations can be determined as follows:

  • Between NN TRANSLATIONS EOOD and the Clients and its Partners – The activities performed by the Company for the Clients, according to the scope described below, are performed according to the agreed conditions for processing and storage of information and data (contracts and agreements with the Clients) and the same are in full compliance and well-coordinated with the specific activities for delivery of the translations to the Clients;
  • Between NN TRANSLATIONS EOOD and State and Control Bodies – All administrative activities in the Company, as well as the activities related to the provision of translation and interpreting services included in the scope of QMS are performed in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the quality and conformity of translations and services and are subject to control by the control authorities;
  • Between NN TRANSLATIONS EOOD and its External Providers – The activities performed by the suppliers are coordinated according to the stages and with the progress of the translations and services implementation.
