Mourne Training Services Releases HPLC Calculator as Free Download

The latest free resource from Mourne Training Services (MTS) is a HPLC calculator, which can be used for a number of useful HPLC calculations, including:

  • Calculating how long is required to equilibrate a column
  • Conversion of pressure measurement units
  • Calculating how much buffer salt should be weighed out to prepare a particular strength
  • Calculating how much mobile phase should be prepared for both isocratic and gradient analyses

The tool is intended to make HPLC analyses as easy and efficient as possible. Suggestions for additional calculations are always welcome. The calculator is available as an Excel file and can be downloaded from the training resources page on the MTS website.
