Asia-Pacific was the fastest growing region for machine learning hiring among clinical trial operations industry companies in the three months ending May.
The number of roles in Asia-Pacific made up 8.3% of total machine learning jobs – up from 7.9% in the same quarter last year.
That was followed by North America, which saw a 0.4 year-on-year percentage point change in machine learning roles.

The fastest growing country was France, which saw 2.5% of all machine learning job adverts in the three months ending May 2021, increasing to 4.4% in the three months ending May this year.
That was followed by Canada (up 1.8 percentage points), Belgium (0.8), and India (0.600000000000001).
The top country for machine learning roles in the clinical trial operations industry is the United States which saw 60% of all roles advertised in the three months ending May.

Some 6.8% of all clinical trial operations industry machine learning roles were advertised in Cambridge (United States) in the three months ending May.
