The industry’s overall hiring increased by 13.02% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.

Top five pharma companies in Poland IT recruitment activity in July 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 10.42% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland pharma industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
GlaxoSmithKline posted 23 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by AstraZeneca with 19 jobs and a 90% growth. Bayer with 5 IT jobs and Parexel International with 4 jobs, recorded a 50% drop and a 300% increase, respectively, while CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. recorded a 50% decline with 2 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 86.44%, down by 7.27% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 6.78% share, a decline of 75% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 6.78% share, flat growth over June 2021.
