The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 2.76% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 4.84% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 0.15% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Johnson & Johnson IT hiring in November 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Johnson & Johnson, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 55.45% in November 2021, and a 64.86% rise over October 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 19.09% in November 2021, and registered growth of 31.25%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 12.73% in November 2021, a 27.27% rise from October 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at Johnson & Johnson
North America emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 55.45% share, which marked a 32.61% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 21.82%, registering a 4.35% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 12.73% share and an 180% rise over October 2021.
In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 10% and a month-on-month increase of 37.5%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 47.27% share in November 2021, a 40.54% growth over October 2021. Brazil featured next with a 10.91% share, up 300% over the previous month. Singapore recorded a 6.36% share, an increase of 250% compared with October 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Johnson & Johnson IT hiring activity in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 50%, up by 48.65% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 40% share, a growth of 18.92% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 9.09% share, up 25% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.91%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
