The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 7.34% in May 2022 when compared with April 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 11.76% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during May 2022 over April 2022.
AstraZeneca posted 17 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a rise of 88.89% over the previous month, followed by Bayer with 7 jobs and a 75% growth. Leo Pharma with 2 IT jobs and GSK with 2 jobs, recorded a flat growth and an 89.47% decrease, respectively, while Johnson & Johnson recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during May 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.78%, down by 51.28% from April 2022. Entry Level positions with a 36.11% share, registered an increase of 62.5% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.11% share, up 33.33% over April 2022.
