The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 29.41% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Spain’s pharma industry during August 2022 over July 2022.
Bayer posted 7 IT jobs in August 2022 and registered a rise of 16.67% over the previous month, followed by F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 6 jobs and a flat growth. Grifols with 4 IT jobs and Sanofi with 3 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Centre for Genomic Regulation recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during August 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 53.85%, down by 51.72% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 30.77% share, registered a decline of 20% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 15.38% share, flat growth over July 2022.
