TransPerfect Life Sciences and the contract research organisation (CRO) Innovaderm have expanded their partnership to scale the deployment of the former’s Trial Interactive to facilitate and streamline remote clinical operations.
Innovaderm used Trial Interactive remote monitoring rooms to advance research and aid partners in discovering new treatments during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The company allowed customers to use Trial Interactive’s Study Document Collaboration solution by integrating tailored remote monitoring rooms into its service offering, thereby facilitating successful execution of trials remotely.
Innovaderm and TransPerfect’s collaboration started with language translation services years ago.
Subsequently, Innovaderm deployed Trial Interactive’s eTMF to replace its paper-based method for document management of clinical trials.
With Innovaderm further streamlining its clinical research strategy, the organisation’s manual process to supply and collect crucial documents from sites was substituted by TI Study Start-Up.
This offered a clear pathway to activate sites and lowered timelines to commence new trials.
The platform offers document and trial management solutions that are user-friendly, aiding pharmaceutical, biotechnology companies and CROs optimise product development life cycles.
Trial Interactive is a connected eClinical experience that boosts compliance, speed and quality across site detection, selection and activation.
Furthermore, in a secure 21 CFR Part 11-compliant environment, it delivers quick-to-implement solutions.
Innovaderm Clinical Operations director Isabel Dorion said: “Trial Interactive worked with us to ensure our remote monitoring room configuration met our key requirements so we could conduct our studies without interruptions, delays, or significant changes.
“As we’ve faced unexpected shifts in the way we run and monitor studies, Trial Interactive has been key to enabling us to perform remote monitoring visits.”
In December 2019, TransPerfect unveiled the 10.0 version of its Trial Interactive e-clinical platform (TI10).
