Top five pharma companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in April 2022

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 51.33% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s pharma industry during April 2022 over March 2022.

CVS Health posted 231 IT jobs in April 2022 and registered a rise of 8.96% over the previous month, followed by F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 191 jobs and a 203.17% growth. Oak Street Health with 146 IT jobs and Evolent Health with 126 jobs, recorded a 3.95% decline and an 81.14% decrease, respectively, while Intermountain Healthcare recorded a decline of 81.94% with 95 job postings during April 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in April 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.14%, down by 37.76% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 26.69% share, registered a decline of 37.52% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.23% share, down 26.59% over March 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.94%, recording a month-on-month decline of 30.95%.
